nadeekay Reciprocal, sunsetty, zigzaggy, neon gradients.
These were really fun to make! What do you guys think?

nadeekay Some returning neon gradient and zig zags to brighten your Sunday.
Believe it or not, the neon is actually a gradient that goes pink-orange-pink, but is just mostly covered by the black. Which was silly, but I liked it anyways.

nadeekay Some interlocking stripes, or 'fused colours' as @jaemarie2008 called it.
Hers look much nicer, but I love the colours on these.
Unfortunately the purple didn't photograph properly, but was nice!

nadeekay And my belated #monthlymanifavourites for June.
Huzzah! I didn't really post so many last month, so it was fairly easy to choose...😕 Which ones are your favourites?

nadeekay And the other half, in a #flashbackfriday!
I love these both ways, and think I did a pretty good job over two years ago, but if nothing else, my photography and posing skills have improved...

nadeekay I think I'll *just* crack the time slot for #throwbackthursday - my first ever.
It's almost midnight here, and I wanted to share my original striped mani from over 2 years ago. If you scroll allllllll the way down in my feed, you'll see it there.
Definitely an improvement, wouldn't you say?

nadeekay And part two of my recreation mani.
Except for the purpleypink on my index, which is a scented revlon and ermahgerd smells amazing, these are all different polishes to the original.
Reckon I'll post the comparison pics either tomorrow or Friday.
Waddya think?

nadeekay I decided to recreate a couple of my original manis. These were among my favourites of that time period, and when I first painted these two and a half years ago, I was using spare bristles from my bronzing brush sticky taped to a toothpick.
How's that for macgyvering the shit out of nail art?

nadeekay This was the 'step before' the final product. I did these, and didn't like how the darker blue marble didn't show up so well in person, so I redid that, and added the stars you see in the final.
I prefer the other ones, which do you prefer?

Have you read the book? What did you think?

nadeekay On the weekend I went to see #TheFaultInOurStars, after reading the whole book the night before...it was intense and beautiful and depressing while also strangely uplifting. Highly recommend it, but by gods, bring the tissues.
Anyway, this is the finished product of my nails. I took pics at the halfway point as well, may post those tomorrow.

What do you think? Have you seen #tfios yet?

nadeekay I see a lot of posts that caption their gorgeous manis with 'inspired by...'
If that person is me, use the hashtag #ndkinspo so I can make sure I don't miss it!

nadeekay And here's the finished mani. Some edges are not so clean, but I really liked it anyway. Suuuuper bright! 2mon

nadeekay The beginnings of a herringbone mani, and had to stop halfway through to let it dry properly, so took some pics.
Really liked it like this, but finished it off, will post the finished product later.

nadeekay My #winternails for this week's #anmonday
These were inspired by all the lovely ladies' 'Frozen' nails from last week's Disney challenge!

nadeekay My first real attempt at using acrylic paint in a design.
This design reminds me of scratch art, from work!
I painted the base with all Island Girl neons (my favourite, like ever. They're almost all so pigmented and easy to use), and then did the black with acrylic. Gotta learn some techniques, not being used to it and all. Maybe explore diff brands of acrylic.
Any tips and advice for a newbie acrylic paint user?
