mywellbeing I haven't made #vegan #pesto since I was vegan two summers ago! I have been realizing that I need to really cut down my dairy intake so I recreated an old recipe I used. This time I used sundried tomatoes, walnuts, nutritional yeast, basil, sautéed garlic in olive oil, salt and pepper and a little almond milk to thin it out. mywellbeing #cauliflower #soup Super delicious. 1/2 head of cauliflower, 1/2-3/4 cup of soaked raw cashews, almond/coconut milk as much as needed for smoothing, herbs and salts, 1 cooked potato, vegetable broth (as much as need be) and a garlic clove. Roast it all with some olive oil and #blenditallup ! If you are lucky you have some high tech blender.....I don't and my blender did fine. I highly recommend this soup! 6mon

mywellbeing Forced relaxation...I needed this. Don't underestimate the power of stress. I took on a large load of online classes this summer that offset my sleeping patterns. After 6 weeks of doing this I weakened my immune system and resurrected the chicken pox virus from childhood. All I can do is rest to recover. Sleep has a new found priority in my life. We know our limits, we just need to listen. 1y
