musclepharmpres Day 170 of #squateveryday aka #squatlife now. Over this process my bodyweight got up between 205-207 by day 100. I have been working on getting leaner for my next photo shoot but keeping my strength from this process. I weighed 190 today & heading towards 180 with my strength not that much different so far. This has been a cool project because at the end of the day I look at myself as a constant science experiment. #MPnation 4d
