musclepharmpres I had a pretty solid workout today I did 315 for 3-3 seconds pauses on #squateveryday for day I think 119. I then pulled a fast 315 on a deadlift. I started squat cleaning & ended up for a PR of 260. I have just started doing these so I was pretty happy with that. 300 is my goal 23h
