msktso #LetsGETFlexyIn2015 Day15, Full backbend, {Urdhva dhanurasana} Backbends had always come fairly easy for me, but lately I've been struggling with them. Especially coming back up in dropbacks. Backbends and heart openers are known to release powerful emotions and energy, I've certainly gotten extremely upset and frustrated during my practice. Yoga has taught me sometime we have to take a step back in order to move forward.
