  •   msirinagonzalez @ladydeelg no, it's more like Paleo! I sort of call it Paleo + clean eating. No sugar, no dairy, no grains, no legumes, no alcohol. And no recreating your favorite snacks (the way Paleo people do) because the point is to reset your system and figure out what you're sensitive to. 3w

  •   msirinagonzalez @ladydeelg yup. It cuts out everything that has a potential to cause sensitivity. After 30 days, you reintroduce things slowly to determine what's what. My main reason for doing it (again, I quit at 15 days before) is that I had the BEST sleep of my life when I tried it last time (versus the insomnia I usually get). 3w
