  •   morgan_lynnn @ninazelinger hello :) I would definitely say doing Pilates, like donkey kicks, fire hydrants, side leg lifts, and especially Pilate inner- thigh leg lifts. Do 15 reps of these 3 times 3 days a week and you'll be seeing differences :) 3w
