misstamchiak Specially travelled to Toa Payoh Lorong 5 to eat Song Kee fishball noodles. Unfortunately, they no longer do her giao (fish dumplings) anymore because the owner said that he got complained by neighbours while he was making the dumplings at home. Nevermind, I am happy with just eating their fishballs and noodles which is very generous with lard and fried shallots. 1d
  •   jimmyling10 Take over his neighboring unit and you can have his 'her giao' everyday. 1d

misstamchiak Starting my Thursday with a passionfruit tart because the weekend is just around the corner. Woohoo! My house has finally completed renovation under Home Improvement Programme. The bathroom smells so nice now and I can finally start using the kitchen. Going to plan some baking/cooking this weekend! 1d

misstamchiak Good morning! Woke up early to workout in the gym. While running on the threadmill, I got hungry and was craving for fishball noodles. So I ended my not-so-productive workout and went to have a bowl of fishball noodles for breakfast. Haha! 3d

misstamchiak It's only 3 days away from home but I already miss eating rice! So I had nasi lemak on board my flight back to SG. Haha! It goes great with a can of coke. #cokeonscoot #cokewithfood #scooteefoodie 4d

misstamchiak Last shot of Tweed before I scoot home in a while. It has been an amazing 48 hours in this beautiful part of Australia where white sandy beaches stretch for miles and the local park is an oceanfront amphiteature. I learnt more about their divine local produce, took a walk in the farms and indulged in many mouth watering delights. Honestly, I have never heard of Tweed before this and all the more didn't know that this region in the northern NSW has so much to offer. Thank you @destinationtweed and @flywithscoot for the opportunity. See you soon, Australia! :) #ScootandTweed 5d

misstamchiak We spent about 30 mins this afternoon to learn the making of mozzarella cheese from the friendly cheesemaker Debra @debra_allard_cheesie. Things got a little messy as I spilled part of the milk on my camera. But thankfully, I still managed to bring some of my mozzarella cheese home! 5d

misstamchiak Beautiful greenery and flowers at The Garden Of Light. These gardens, that have evolved over 15 years, have grown with the essence of love. I am loving Australia more as the days go by. :) 5d

misstamchiak It's full house on a Sunday afternoon at Mavis's Kitchen. They take pride in sourcing their fresh organic produce from farmers and their own kitchen garden. The duck confit with honey and port wine glaze is excellent! 5d

misstamchiak We are so lucky! Because of the Tyalgum Music Festival that is happening this week, there is a special Pop Up Market today, in the grounds of Celestial Dew Guesthouse (right next door to Flutterbies Cottage Cafe) as part of this celebratory weekend. There are lovely handmade crafts, home baked breads and preserves, art and quality vintage wares. In love with sunday market! 5d

misstamchiak We spent our morning in a small town of Chillingham where we visited 'bush tucker man' Bush Buchanan's home. Buck grows a facinating variety of local and exotic fruits without fertilizer nor insecticides. His fresh native finger limes are supplied to restaurants around the world, developing his own unique seedless variety. #ScootandTweed 5d

misstamchiak I woke up to a beautiful pool view at Peppers Salt Resort & Spa. Spent a moment to be thankful of life, my family, friends and the little opportunities coming along the way. And the good news from my friends this morning totally make my day! Good morning! #ScootandTweed 5d
