miss_and Best way to blow your pocket money : the Lifeline Book Fair. It's an enormous sale of donated second-hand books organised several times a year to raise funds for the Lifeline charity. Thousands of Canberrans flock over 3 days to a warehouse filled with hundreds of thousands of tomes - old, new, fact, fiction, adults, kids, even CDs and records, you'll find it at the Book Fair. One of my most favourite Canberra things. 20h

miss_and The Jolly Cauli : possibly the weirdest shopfront I've ever seen. Country town crazy. The doors were striking - was this once a Chinese restaurant?
Coonabarabran, north west NSW, Australia.

miss_and My works in progress [3] : yes another teapot, that's what we're practicing at present. This is a thrown and substantially altered form, and like the terracotta pot it'll need a wooden or bamboo handle added later. 1w
