mimidouce Leg day calls for this Green Smoothie. It has 1 banana, handful of spinach, 1 tbsp of chia seeds gel, 1/2 cup of 0% yogurt, 1 tbsp brown sugar (honey) and 1 1/2 cup orange juice. It tastes great and helps me recover and stay hydrated this Ramadan. This drink is probably what is giving me energy for my workouts during this holy month. Feeling stronger Hamdolillah 3w

mimidouce I take some time on Sundays to bake oatmeal cookies or bars for breakfast or snacks for the following week. This way I save time throughout the week and make sure I have my healthy snacks on me. I always use oats as a base and add different nuts, raisins, nut butter, and protein powder of choice.
