michelledonner Hahah a little batch cooking I guess... Had about 5 lbs of potatoes that needed cooking, so how about some garlic onion mashed potatoes made with veggie broth, had a head of cabbage that had to get used, so why not make some coleslaw, homemade creamy dressing with tofu, apple cider vinegar, mustard and a touch of maple syrup, and shoot y'all what goes good with mashed taters and slaw, but some bbq, so I made some bbq soy curls....
