  •   melissalove Spinach, spring onion, coriander, avocado. With olive oil and balsamic. Quinoa boiled with a veggie stock cube. Mixed seeds and dukkah. When I can be bothered, I also whizz up raw broccoli and cauliflower to crumbs to make 'couscous' which you can add at the last second to the quinoa. For a (sad) treat, I add a cube of crumbled feta. For the record, @hannahpetalandfeast, the kids don't eat it. 4w
