mdemske Just finished some PM HIIT after work. Because I wanted to. Keyword want. When I see people complain constantly about prep, I really have no sympathy. You choose this. You choose to compete. Don't do it if it's not for you. Simple as that. I don't get up in the morning and feel forced to workout. I crave it. In all honesty I wake up excited to go train. That's how it should be. Once you're in the right mindset, results will come. You've got to put in the work #sickofmeyet 2d

mdemske So my carb intake was like 210g yesterday (it's usually 190-200) and I woke up another lb lighter. No I'm not trying to lose any more- I'm already below my usual stage weight I just use the scale as a guide & out of curiosity. It in no way rules my prep. Following more of a #iifym approach BUT that resulted in me still eating literally the same things everyday lol and I love my vegetables (I eat a bag of broccoli / bag of salad at a time) so my treat is having 3.5 servings of cereal before bed and still only doing sprints and HIIT if I do cardio. mdemske The pre & post selfie Ate a meal before training this morning and felt great in doing so 1/2 the time I train fasted & the other 1/2 I'll eat something. Whatever I feel like. It's just preference. There's no need if you don't like training fasted. I still drink bcaa yada yada if I do though. #2weeksout #npcnationals #northamericans 6d

mdemske Awesome workout partner award goes toooooo @coachforbesforbes This morning we did: 7 hang cleans, 7 snatches each side, 7 deadlifts, 7 burpees (he did box jumps) x 7 rounds Then we did a toes to bar & hand release push up ladder (1, 1, 2, 2...
