mdemske Everyone has the same 24 hours. How you choose to spend that time is up to you. I start my cardio at 5:30am then lift after work or school. When I'm not at school, I'm at work. I have a full time course load. I come home in the evening and pack all my things up just to do it all again in the morning. I make it work bc I've made it an automatic routine. I stay organized. I stay focused. If you're lacking the drive or passion, then what makes you think that you will get the results you're looking for? There are people even busier then me who get shit done and make time, and I respect these people tremendously. Everyone has different priorities whether it be in the gym, competing, life- whatever. Implementing a plan is step one, but it's your job to actually execute it. No one is going to force you or do the work for you. Get on it #wasthattoodeepforawednesdaymorning 3d

mdemske #repost from about 4 months ago when my motivation was at an all time high. A few weeks out from show. Recently my motivation has been nonexistent. I'm not used to actually having a quote on quote "offseason" bc usually it's pretty easy for me to stay lean. But with surgery & other factors- I haven't stayed nearly as lean. With limitations from surgery it's also been hard to train with the intensity I'm used to. However, I'm getting more confident and trusting the process each day. My strength has gotten back to where I was pre-op & I'm finally seeing the changes I want to see. Slowly but surely. I'm the most impatient person in the world but I know consistency is key. My body composition has changed so it's gonna take different avenues in order for my body to get to the level of leanness I need. It's all a learning process, always changing. Don't give up if you read all this, then I love you 4d

  •   i_choose_strength @kamgales 1200 calories is probably hurting you. It's different for everybody but when you restrict yourself that much your body can actually suffer and can enter into a defensive mode where it holds onto fat. It could also screw with your metabolism. 1w
  •   diddyshaow 1200 calories a day is way too low. Adult humans can't live on that. Try 2000 coupled with weight training and cardio and then lower by 200 calories at a time. You will burn fat. @i_choose_strength @kamgales 1w

mdemske Looks like I'm wearing a jumpsuit Reppin the best @pescience I just finished training & now kettlebells in like 20 min I started my workout with 10x10 squats and I timed my rest periods so no more than 1 minute rest until I was back under the bar beginning my next set. 2w
