mchltckr Sometimes, when I take a photo, I take it with a friend in mind. This one's for you, @grantheinlein And as you can all tell, I've completely stopped caring about what time I post my photos. Because most of you are sleeping at the moment. 3h

mchltckr "You have one week left. You should look into a train and a place to stay. You won't regret it." Thanks momma, for pushing me to be me and train to London on a whim. @laurastucker 4h
  •   ailsa_edinburgh ha! Yeah, the clue is in the name I do try and travel about Scotland any spare day that I get though. Saying that, I have still never been to Skye! It's potentially happening in October though, fingers crossed. 3h
  •   mchltckr @ailsa_edinburgh DO IT! Darn shame we didn't meet in Edinburgh! I was up there for about 5 days or so. 3h
  •   mchltckr @ailsa_edinburgh if you like coffee, go see my buddy Campbell at artisan roast - he makes great coffee and that place is the bomb if you haven't been 3h
  •   ailsa_edinburgh I know! I think that's how I discovered your feed. Or maybe it was through @ruairidhmcglynn. Artisan Roast...that's in Bruntsfield isn't it? I hate coffee (I think I'm the only one?!), but I shall swing by for a tea one day 3h
  •   mchltckr @ailsa_edinburgh you're not the only one! It's an acquired taste. Yea you prob found me thru ruairidh. I think there multiple - but Campbell's at the one near project coffee. So wherever that is. Whatever they make you there will be perfect, I'm sure 3h
  •   tymjean Very wise mum indeed! 2h
  •   ailsa_edinburgh Jeeeez I can see you definitely like coffee considering your extensive knowledge of Edinburgh's cafés after a 5 day trip! If it's next to Project Coffee, it's the one in Bruntsfield. My side of town, will stop by soon. 2h
  •   mchltckr @ailsa_edinburgh awesome! Tell @c_j_dunlop hey for me! I actually have to come back to Edinburgh next Tuesday so maybe we might able to meet then. I fly back to the states on Wednesday 2h

mchltckr Hey y'all, my buddy @michaelnewsted (the guy in this photo) is in a sweet band called @thesoilandthesun. If you check out his profile, he has cool pictures, but also a link to their pledgemusic campaign. Whatever the case, they just dropped a sweet new album called MERIDIAN and you should listen. I'm giving it a first listen now - I can tell it's one of those albums that grows on you. As opposed to one that's immediately catchy and old after a month of listening. Check it if ya feel like new music :) 21h

mchltckr Warning: Sappy post ensues. For the past few months, I've not been home. Ten days from now, I'll be home. A summer away from home has left me appreciative of many things - of course, the opportunity to travel comes to mind. Very thankful for that. But more than that, I'm thankful for the family and friends I have back home. Family and friends I know have missed me. To know that I'm loved and to feel it from afar is something I'm constantly thankful for. When I'm alone, I'll think about the people I love and I'll tear up - you've all been so generous towards me. You never stop loving me, forgiving me, helping me, and encouraging me. Thank you. I'm privileged to know you. This is for my family, my BR family, and the friends I've grown up with. You're the absolute best. 3d

mchltckr I don't normally shoot so much landscape, but I'm not normally so inspired by landscapes. Scotland's been a different and refreshing experience for me. Every trip is just another opportunity to shape the way you view the world. I love traveling. 5d

mchltckr Scotland's landscape is painted purple, green, and gold. Nice colors, if I do say so myself. 5d
