mcathomalley I always start my day with a #greenjuice or smoothie.
This one is particularly good and under 300 calories!
Here is the recipe:
Coconut water
Spinach
Chia seeds
Protein powder
1 scoop Peanut butter
Almond or vanilla extract
Protein powder (vanilla)
Cacao nibs for the crunch

mcathomalley Just made these wonderful protein bar and it's quite easy to make!
What you need:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup old fashioned oat
3 scoop of protein powder ( I used Vega, vanilla)
1/2 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1/3 cup carob chips
2 ripe bananas
2 T Peanut butter
2 T honey
1 egg
2 egg whites

Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix dry ingredients
Mix liquid ingredients
Mix everything together
Put in the oven for 25 minutes
Voilà!
90calories per serving (16 servings)

mcathomalley Christmas prep. Just made my first batch of #biscotti and they worked!! I took the recipe from here: http://sweets.seriouseats.com/2011/11/best-biscotti-recipes.html
I switch some ingredients with healthier products like coconut sugar instead of white sugar, whole wheat unbleached flour, sugar free vanilla and orgeat extract and used unsweetened cocoa powder

2 handful of kale
1 grapefruit
1 granny smith apple
1 kiwi
Ginger
I use an omega juicer (slow mastication)
