maxehrman Here is the middle section of a large wall I produced in Florida. It was grueling climbing up and down 25' of scaffolding and super sketchy but I made it work. The three squares mimic the logo of the business. They wanted an organic flow that carried your eye down to the street level on the left. The hope was that the mural would draw people from the street to the back where the theater is... There's also lots of blue in the black for a little contrasts. Good times in Florida! Thanks guys 1w

maxehrman Part of a huge wall I just produced in Sarasota Florida. Three 10 hour days on a sketchy 25' scaffolding in the blazing sun. I'm exhausted but happy. The wall is 25'x60'. Pretty big to do solo. Good times. Glad I didn't die and off to the next adventure. Hawaii here I come!!! 2w

maxehrman Thought I'd try my hand at painting a bird...never painted one before and the image i found looked like it could be fun. Too bad the ground was at a 45 degree slope and the wall was angled away from me... Super sketchy and tough to handle. I might have fallen in front of people taking photos.... 1mon

maxehrman This is a 2'x2' section of a large 6' canvas. I first poured water and layers of greens to create a dynamic background to start drawing on and finding relationships. After awhile the piece creates itself... I just follow the gestures that are generated by the forms... Title ideas? 2mon

maxehrman My happy place. Studio life. I've had this creative space for 3 years now and appreciate everyday that I have a space in San Francisco where I can still throw paint around. Thanks to @leflerjen for the fun studio photo shoot last month 2mon
