Great arm workout with the brahs. Great pump and kept the pace sky high for extra calorie expenditure. Been doing the flexible dieting and loving being able to eat whatever I want (as long as i hit my carb, fat, fiber, and protein requirements) and lose weight.

matt_kehoe So proud of this brah! Hes an exceptional member of the Brohirrim. He started lifting with me back in early summer and his progress has been phenomenal! Dave McGarry is swole now. Awesome gains so far. Hes a great training partner too and always pushes me past what I think my limits are.
