mastinkipp Anything is possible. I used to tell myself Im not a morning person. But then I met @coachadamcobb and we started doing #AMcardio each day. Now my body woke up 1 minute before the alarm. Anything is possible. Getting up at 5:15am each day is a game changer. This January has been the most productive January of my life. Not cuz Im working harder, but bc I'm moving my body and getting a daily head start on the day. Who's up for #AMcardio? Did u used to be a late riser and now you make the most of the day?
