  •   markoshouse @streetetiquette You bet - if you're looking to lean out a bit more then make sure you're in a slight calorific deficit and as your weight decreases also adjust your caloric intake to remain in a deficit. Your abs are there...just need to drop some fat to see them. And depending on the genetics of your abs, consider weighted ab exercises. If you're not tracking what you eat download an app like myfitnesspal or macros+ or others so that it's not a guessing game. And keep protein intake at about 1.5g per pound of body weight 4mon
