markmollica I Had the pleasure of meeting and cooking for @cookingwithmamamui at the restaurant last night. As you can see from her beautifully plated and well thought out dishes on IG she has a love and passion for food that rivals some Chefs. However, she never warned me that she too in fact is drop dead gorgeous! It was such a pleasure meeting you and your guests and having the honor to cook for you guys! I hope you and your guests enjoyed the experience. I wanted to keep putting dishes out but I didn't want it to be overkill and there's always next time! I was observing around of how busy the resto was. The services of the staffs was so attentive. I dropped a knife and a new knife was brought out to me in a flash. The guy in blue shirt. I believed that must be ur brother. How he run the front of the house so well. It just made me feel that one day I hope and want to have a successful restaurant like this. Furthermore thank u again for an excellent meal. I'm craving for more of the uni spaghetti dish. Imma try to remake that at home . I will be bak to LA again. Although that guy in the blue shirt was not my brother, my brother was pleased to hear that our manager Nico was on point! We def have a great staff and we all work as a team and my brother and I take great care of our staff because we feel that like the guests the staff must have a great experience at the resto to in order to achieve a universal great vibe in the place. The uni pasta is just a few ingredients with the focus being on the Uni! 51min
