mariahcat Match game on pointttttt shoulders, abs & cardio. Incorporating OHP because I rarely will do them with the barbell so I need to a lot more.. Gotta work on those weaknesses! Also feel like I have a lot of muscle imbalance that I need to somehow work on... Greeeaaaaattttt but all in all a solid workout.
Edit: I indeed felt like a walking billboard for Nike tonight haha literally entire outfit from there 🏼😇

mariahcat I have debated & debated & debated on posting this but ohhhh well. Been busting my ass of course, progress takes time but I'm happy with how things are moving along. If you aren't happy with yourself, work on it, do things that make you happy. This is a lifestyle and although I needed a vacation to really kick my ass into over drive, there's nothing wrong with loving yourself but wanting to better yourself. I guess I've been "dieting" for about 8 weeks now, 7 more to go before I'm sitting on a beach️ but I don't even feel like I'm cutting most of the time cause I'm still eating what I want #IIFYM butttt can't wait to see where I'll be this summer! Slow & steady I know I've said this before but finally feeling like I'm at a good balance right now. It's taken A LOT of trial and error especially with my macros but I think I'm figuring things out with what works for my body 🏼 change doesn't occur just by sitting on your butt. Go out and crush it! 2d

mariahcat Sooo sunburnt & soooo sweaty. Chest and some arms tonight. Bench felt decent 125 for 5,5,6,6,6. Stairmonster for 15 minutes and treadmill for 15. I've been more focused during my cardio than my lifts oddly enough lately. Oh wellllll. 3d

mariahcat I want longer videos! Ugh. But hit back tonight, did some deficit deadlifts with 255. warmed up with 135x10,225x6, then 255 for 4,5,4,4,4,225x5. Video was 255 for 5, but ya know gets cut off 😑 also did the stairmonster tonight. Prettyyyy good workout, much sweat. Oh & Lol at my sunburn 3d

mariahcat You look at yourself every single day. It can be hard not thinking that you're making any progress. Take pictures, measurements, etc. & when you feel like you haven't accomplished enough look at how far you've come. Set a goal, then fucking smash it. Change will not occur from you sitting on your ass. Go out there and do something. If you want it bad enough, you'll kick some ass to get there. 🏼 everyone has days where they get discouraged, but don't stay there in that hole. Crawl out and dust yourself off. Smash some weight, feel good about yourself because you should! 🏋🏼🏼Try not to compare your journey with anyone else because your body is not theirs.. They are not you. You are you. Everyone is different 🦄 so enjoy the journey that you're on 6d

mariahcat Sup awkward angles! BUT DUDEEEEE. These knee sleeves got up to 225 for 3! REP PR! So stoked! Felt soooo freaking good. Squats went like this: warmup barx10,135x10,185x6,215x5 (rep PR!), 225x3,2,215x3,185x5 so freaking excited that it felt soooo good for the first time in a long time. Then did accessory booty work & hammie work, finished with some stiff leg deadlifts. 1w
