mariahcat Peep that boob sweat Squats today felt like p00p. I don't know I just couldn't get in a comfortable position whatever is going on with my left leg was bugging me, not every workout is going to be insane but damn. Ah well. Working sets with 185 for 4 sets of 5, dropped down to 165 for 8, then 135 for 8 like my warmup. After that things went a lot better, the freaking pump I had in my quads was ridiculous so that was fun. Now time to eat Super Bowl foods and not pay any attention to what's actually going on cause don't care 2d

mariahcat Back dayyyy 🏼️ lots of pull downs and rows of all sorts. Deadlifts worked on some conventional and sumo, working sets with 275 for 3,3 and 2. This was a set of 3 but struggle bus it was slooow. Rep PR though but my grip was sucking. Wanting to grow the v taper and get that X frame. 5d

mariahcat I've been trying to take it a little easier on squats because for some reason my left ankle/calf has been kinda messed up. Trying to figure out what's going on 🙃 but tonight hit 205 for a few sets of 3. Sucks how heavy it felt but I don't want to make my leg feel worse soooo oh well. Other than that a great workout! I've been working on my mobility and I can't wait for it to get better. Second leg day of the week glute/ham focused after squats. Build da booty 🏼 6d

mariahcat When we first moved to Texas and well the last few months living at the lake I was pretty damn unhappy with myself. I lost myself, I lost my motivation even though I still made myself go to the gym a few times a week my eating was awful. I was having fun with my family & friends but I hated the way I looked. Moving here I got the chance to really really focus on myself, loving my body no matter how it looked. Always a freaking battle though but I'm getting better at it. It's so hard to go from lean to pretty much gaining the weight back (luckily SOME muscle under the fluff) but yeah I hated it. But I've been kicking my own ass physically and mentally and it's paying off. I'm so much happier mentally than I was. I can tell with my physical appearance as well that I'm in a much better state. Nowhere near where I want to be but a lot farther than I was a few months ago. I pretty much follow IIFYM I don't feel deprived when I eat. It's a freeing experience. I love how my fitness journey has been going lately, lifting heavy ass weights and eating nutritious foods. Can't wait to see where I'll be a few more months from now 🏼 7d

mariahcat Trying to grow boulders for shoulders! Tonight felt great all around, and night = made at the gym from a very nice compliment I got! ️ thank ya sir! wheeeee. I've been working hard and for other people to notice I've lost fat is awesome! Dumbbell press with some 45s tonight, 50s I'm coming for you 😈 #motivatedasfuck working some cables for rear delts and a whole bunch of other work to get a good pump. mariahcat I've been eating about 1 avocado a day for like the past week/week and a half (some days more) and I'm feeling sooooo good. Love my healthy fats, avocados are life. Making home steak bowls is also life, especially that I've been eating them so often and still leaning out. Hurray! 1w
