mariahcat Peep that boob sweat Squats today felt like p00p. I don't know I just couldn't get in a comfortable position whatever is going on with my left leg was bugging me, not every workout is going to be insane but damn. Ah well. Working sets with 185 for 4 sets of 5, dropped down to 165 for 8, then 135 for 8 like my warmup. After that things went a lot better, the freaking pump I had in my quads was ridiculous so that was fun. Now time to eat Super Bowl foods and not pay any attention to what's actually going on cause don't care 5d

mariahcat Back dayyyy 🏼️ lots of pull downs and rows of all sorts. Deadlifts worked on some conventional and sumo, working sets with 275 for 3,3 and 2. This was a set of 3 but struggle bus it was slooow. Rep PR though but my grip was sucking. Wanting to grow the v taper and get that X frame. 1w
