margo_kane #nightcappin with the last day of #badyogis April challenge! The wildcard ️️️️ I had to pick a pose that really challenges me on different levels. It may not look tough, but revolved triangle is a bugger pose for me.. #nochill I gravitate toward opening, bending, floating, and going upside down... the rigidity and discipline of this pose hit me right in the IT band, and I don't know if we will ever get along. The hard part: 1. keeping your hips square 2. Keeping your back heel rooted down 3. Keeping a straight line from your hips to your shoulders 4. Not dropping the F bomb I'm a yogi but I love to run, and this pose makes me answer to those long runs I like to go on for sure!
