makpeanut Day 17 of #30DaysEatingHealthily was a ling and tiring day for me. I decided to eat a bit more to add more energy. Breakfast waa still papaya lime yogurt and honey juice then followed by half of PB sandwich eaten on the motorcycle. Lunch was half of my packed lunch of wholewheat spagetti because I moved 2 class 15 minutes apart from one another. Temperature was very hot yesterday and Simon took us to the mall where i had cincau and young coconut fruitmix (with less sugar) followed by a plate of manggoes chunks simon prepared earlier. Dinner was 2 tbsp of friws noodles and stir-fry bittergourd. Man! I was so full but my energy came back 21h

And a slice of peanutbutter sandwich. 10am was papaya and lime juice before i headed to campus. Lunch on campus was unhealthy 2 arem-arem and 2 risoles and a bottle of water. makpeanut Day 5 of #30DaysEatingHealthily getting better in my food comsumption thinking. A slice of bread witha drizzle of condensed milk for breakfast. Big lunch 5 tbsp rice with a stirfry casava leaves and papaya florets and fried fish. Followed by 100ml of frozen ultra chicolate milk. Tea time was 2 panekoek. Dinner now is a tall glass of papaya and calamansi lemon juice. Perhaps will add some papaya later. 2w
