lyzabethlopez Let's get THICKKKK if you notice at the beginning of the vid, I'm lifting the whole stack to start my drop set... If you want a muscle to grow... heavy weights can help! (it's important to have good form, breathing & technique first).. Body weight exercises are great, but I don't believe they can get you size the same way that stack of weights with good form can (in my opinion). You won't start pushing a full stack if you're just starting, nor should you, but it can be a goal for some ️*Note: drop set done to shoot this vid for 4 mins for editing purposes* but completed 12 reps per leg full stack, followed by roughly 2 min half stack to complete vid shoot*️I would generally do 8-15 reps per leg heavy for 3-4 sets as part of a leg day & incorporate drop sets Check out my full on-line BootyBuilding program at TrainWithLyzabeth.com (link in my bio) <---------------------------------------- 5d

Plyo helps improve your explosive power, speed, etcThis is an excellent exercise for sexy legs!!! I'm doing my frog leaps in advanced form touching the floor on every rep. lyzabethlopez ️*Cardio Fun* Here's a fun alternate to add some #bootybuilding to your cardio! How it's done: take the treadmill up to an incline of about 10 with a low speed, I think I chose around 1.5. Hold the handle bars and begin lunge walking. (I only have clients attempt this if they have good working knowledge of a stationary and walking lunge on the ground). I like to alternate this with jogging and/or intense high incline & high speed uphill walking. Happy Training everyone️---------------------------------------------

lyzabethlopez Fun Upper Body Workout! ️ Playing on the rings today at my Downtown Toronto @hourglassworkout studio. I put my feet on a high plyo box to put my body in a slight decline position and performed narrow grip rows Bent legs makes the exercise more beg/inter level, while straight legs makes the exercise more advanced. This can also be done on the #trx I hope everyone's sticking to their goals and getting their workouts in Consistency is key xoxo -------------------------------------------------

lyzabethlopez Mixing it up a bit with some 'full body fun'. This was the first time I tried it, so I need to work on my coordination a bit, but mixing lunges w punching the bosu gave me a good upper body & lower body pump w great core engagement and sweat, thanks for the fun idea Titi (who learned this in an MMA class). I'll keep working on my form. .

Jumpsuits are literally the most comfortable workout wear!! I dare you to try one .. *For those of you curious about support of the onsies, I have quite a few videos on my page working out in them. This one is a one-shoulder strap, so it's medium support and is better for weight lifting, but the black and the cherry red osies in my line are both full support and can withstand very intense workout, including plyometrics etc like a champ. lyzabethlopez Oh hey Working out at my Hourglass Workout Studio Today I'm using one of my favourite workout toys, The Buddy System I love this super versatile piece of equipment Today I'm doing an intense cardio back row and Titi is doing squats. There's a ton of partner exercises you can do with this. If you don't have a partner, you can secure it to an immovable sturdy object. This is great for home or group and outdoor training. I have 20 of them at my studio for group training.
