lvnfit Slowly coming back to planet earth.. Started with a chest cold Monday by Tuesday add the flu the that thus making me look like the sleeping dead. I'd say walking dead but there hasn't been much walking or movement on my part since Monday evening.

Lost 134.1 lbs... Had a tummy tuck to remove the saggy skin on my lower abs and repair the 4 inch tear on my abdominal wall (caused by three large pregnancies). Recovered and then went on to build more muscle and get some curves (still working on this and forever will be)... Current weight HEALTHY!
I am a mom of 3 healthy children.
I am not lucky in my weight loss-I'm simply CONSISTENT!!! I go into every workout knowing I'll be that much further from obesity and depression!

To make this sexy breakfast:
Start by scrambling a 1/4 cup of vanilla soy milk with 3 tablespoons of liquid egg whites and a little bit of cinnamon. Next heat up a pan on your stove spray it with coconut spray and dip three slices of your Eureka organic top seed bread into your egg/milk mix. Tip: just quickly dip the pieces-DONT SOAK THEM or your French toast will be soggy. Cook on medium low heat, once bottoms are brown flip over each piece.
Plate your French toast and pour 1/4 cup Natures Hallow sugar free maple syrup (bought from whole foods). Then top with 150 g of very ripe strawberries.
The reason I use this syrup is because a 1/4 cup of natures hollow syrup is only 50 calories. If I were to use pure maple syrup and it would be 200 calories for a 1/4 cup -BIG DIFFERENCE!! This allows me to indulge in one of my favorite breakfast without consuming1000 calories!! For entire plate:

lvnfit Lunch for my littles:
Apple, snap peas, cucumbers, strawberries, pretzels, skinny cow creamy cheese wedge (to dip pretzels in, yum) and a sushi style sandwich. We just made a regular sandwich with bread, turkey meat and cheese (that's it) then rolled it flat with a rolling pin, cut it into strips and then roll those strips up like little sushi pieces. My kids love this. ️ Create a healthy lunch with colors and more variety. This will equal more fun AND more vitamins.

lvnfit Once I realized I had the power to change and it was up to me to make the effort I felt free. Freedom comes with a price. Freedom is something that I had to work for. I had to free myself from my own prison! Taking control of my health saved me from a broken mind, painful thoughts, physical limitations and daily sadness! Taking control of every single decision and purposely choosing things that would help me in my future (not instant gratification) that's when things began to change!
I fought my demons, I suppressed my doubt, I committed to a goal and a promise to never give up on myself again. This lifestyle is not something we do just for a week and then we go back to old habits! Becoming healthier and happier truly starts from the inside ! With every painful day of exercise, every controlled portion of food and with all the positive thoughts that I told myself (even when I didn't believe them) I began to change! This journey of losing 134 pounds then going on to reshape my body not only changed my appearance on the outside but the way I think and the way I feel. It's as if I'm an entirely new person, a happy person. This lifestyle has given me back my life! This lifestyle has given me freedom from the hell that I was trapped in when I was obese and depressed.
Believe in yourself! Try no matter where you're starting out at and never give up because consistency and time will change your life.

lvnfit Lunch for my littles tomorrow...
I wanted to mention that my children's protein needs is greatly different than someone such as myself. Each of my children only need around 20 to 50 g of daily protein where I consume a minimum of 135 g daily because I'm lifting weights.
Lunch for tomorrow includes: hard-boiled eggs, greek yogurt (which I let them pick out their own), Kind granola, cuties, strawberries, cucumber & snap peas. You don't have to make a sandwich every day!. Get creative with your kids lunches they'll enjoy it!
