Hubby wants banana cream pie... The only solution is to make both to go along with the already pumpkin, berry and Dutch apple pie!! I think 5 pies for 6 adults will suffice!! Tomorrow shall be GLORIOUS!!!
Thankful for so many reasons especially my health, friends, family a roof over my head, food for my belly and love all around me!! 2years ago during my fat loss phase I woke up on Thanksgiving and did 2 hours of cardio and still ate with extreme discipline. Tomorrow I'm NOT exercising and I'm enjoying all the food until my belly is blissfully happy.

I wouldn't change anything about my fat loss phase because I reached my goal much sooner and can now ENJOY the holidays without stress or fear that I'm going to gain a crap ton of weight. I no longer worry if my plate is full on holiday's because I'm in my happy place, I'm not trapped in the "I gotta loose weight place". I was disciplined. I reached my goals and with that comes the freedom to enjoy and indulge without guilt from myself. Tomorrow is one day!! I will enjoy and come Friday and get back at it!! Grinding for life.

I wanted to show pm abs (with lights on) versus morning abs (natural light-window). I receive so many questions about "how to get abs", my answer is this: you can NOT spot reduce fat! Your body will lose fat overall and eventually once lean enough muscles and shadows show. I've noticed even being lean, if my DIET IS CRAP my abs are the first to go and last to get back!! Talk about a mind fu%#!! My abs tell me when I've had too much junk, artificial sweeteners (including gum), carbonation or even dairy (since I have IBS). The key to this lifestyle especially having been 280lbs and now healthy is CONSISTENCY!!! Consistency in healthy eating, weight training and cardio!! Having been so obese it's even more important for me to keep the diet & exercise in check because my body can easily pack on the fat pounds! Some people can get away with more indulgences and less exercise where others have to work twice as hard to stay the course. Does it matter? NO! You train your mind and your body based on your goals not what you see around you. Regardless if I have to work harder, regardless if my body shows the struggles I put it through with these #strengthmarks I'm just so thankful to have survived obesity!!! Its a lifestyle and I'm in it to LIVE....

The electronic ones are crap, so see if a trainer at the gym can test you with the pinch device, or better yet, see if there are and water/hydro bf testing options where you live. You look waaay more lean than 19%. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. That being said, you're an amazing motivator and thank you for not being afraid to show ALL the sides of a healthy lifestyle and not just the glamorous ones! !! 4d

Fajitas anyone???
Get your tasty self in my belly!! To make fajitas cut up your veggies (1red bell pepper, 1green bell pepper and 1purple onion) and chicken (3 breasts) and cook in a pan with extra virgin olive oil and season with fajita seasonings, pollo chicken seasoning and crushed black pepper.

For my portion I had 5oz chicken, 1/2cup veggies, 1smart carb tortilla a little cilantro and 1 slice avocado. ️ 299 Calories

Having a favorite...
Rainbow pancakes....
To make start by cooking your oats:
Using steel cut oats (1/3cup dry microwaved with 1cup water) next add a little cinnamon let cool down completly then add 1scoop  Dymatize vanilla protein powder & 2 egg whites. This is your pancake mix. 
Spray a pan with Coconut spray and make three pancakes (I used 1/3 cup to measure out the batter per pancake to make three). Then assemble your pancakes.
Between each pancake is Greek yogurt & fruit. I used 1-100 cal Yoplait Greek tropical fruit yogurt (divided to fill each layer). The bottom layer has yogurt + one cup of mango. The middle layer has yogurt plus one cut up kiwi. The top layer has yogurt plus one cup microwaved blackberries.

Where I started at, where I got and where I'm headed now..... From my heaviest of 280lbs when I had my 3rd child, being miserable emotionally & physically and drowning in feelings of loneliness and a loss of direction. To losing 134.1lbs (reaching a new body weight of 145.9lbs) without weight loss surgery (no lap band, no gastric). I fully support those that choose that route. I achieved my weight loss results with healthy eating, weight training and cardio on a consistent basis and never quitting. I was thrilled to reach this goal and no longer feel the weight of a 280lb body. With this weight loss I found an inner strength that freed me from depression and all the physical pains obesity causes.
After this goal I wanted more shape and curves and that meant to reshape my body by adding muscle. So that's what I set out to do and today I'm at 165 pounds with a body fat percentage of 19.4%. Some may not like the shape I've created and that's okay because we all have our own ideas of what looks good. For me it's more about how I feel. Healing from the inside out is more important than just weight loss. This journey started out with the same goal I have now, to be healthy and happy. That's all that really matters in life! To wake up with a smile on your face because you believe in yourself and what you're capable of. I share my journey because I want others to want to be healthy, to NOT feel alone, to chase their own happiness and BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES even if all hope is lost like it was for me back at 280lbs! Our bodies, health, hearts, and happiness is ours to protect and shape.
