luluandfinn Lulu is not too happy with Finn lately, lots of catfights! I think Finn has tried to lick her behind one too many times 22h

luluandfinn Anyone else have a silly cat that sits in the litter tray and plays with their litter? Finn scoops up a piece with his paw, bites it, then puts it back to collect another.. 3w
  •   caitlinherrick @nadya_kartika if your kitty has been properly using the litter box until recently it's extremely possible that they have a UTI, I would take them to the vet asap 3w
  •   lusytheoldcat Finn the Explorer :-)))) 3w
  •   nadya_kartika @caitlinherrick she doesnt have UTI as she used the litter tray to pee but she pooed outaide the box 😧 3w
  •   luluandfinn It's always good to have a vet visit if there's a change in behavior. We felt ours were too big for the normal sized litter trays (especially Finn), so we got a big tray from a Bunnings and use that instead , perhaps that might help too. @nadya_kartika 3w
  •   caitlinherrick @luluandfinn I definitely second that! I had an ongoing problem with my two kitties and once I brought them to the vet I learned they both had UTI's and once they were treated it never happened again, unless they got another uti (which for my male cat was quite often) he would occasionally pee in my shower or number two in my hallway and I would bring him in immediately to have it treated. Both of my babies are on prescription diets now to balance the ph levels in their bodies and I have to water down their food so they get enough water every day to continuously flush their systems - much healthier now! ️ also the bigger the box, the better! @nadya_kartika 3w
  •   nadya_kartika @luluandfinn @caitlinherrick thank you for the feedback! im booking a vet visit for her now. I have a massive litter box gor them with a cover as well (since my Ragdoll digs alot) but this behavior changed since we moved to a new place. Any clue if she, my Birman just have a little shock? 3w
  •   luluandfinn Good idea @nadya_kartika :) ours were very unsettled when we first moved, it took them a week to calm down. Hopefully your vet can rule out whether it's anxiety or another issue. Good luck! 3w
  •   realgad @tachikomah heh, same here 3w
