  •   lorika13 @shawnzaaa Of course! The vegan meatballs are store bought at the Wedge, but I made the sauce/gravy- you start with a vegan roux. I don't have quantities, but you start with about 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan over medium heat, and start sprinkling in whole wheat flour little by little and stirring constantly. Keep adding flour until it thickens to a paste. Then add nut milk or soy, I used plain almond, little by little - also stirring constantly, until you get it to the thickness you want. It will also thicken more as it cools, but that's ok. Add spices and salt after you turn off the heat. It's a very versatile white sauce you can also put on veggies, or in a pot pie like I did last week. :) 3w
