lonnerrr Recovering of a migraine again... Second time in 1,5 weeks :( no wonder because I'm under a lot of stress lately. Hope it'll all calm down soon. At least my favourite doggy is here with me. Love her so much, she's so incredibly cute and funny :) 4mon

lonnerrr Sugarfree Day 26! I feel like crap! 2 days of migraines are behind me and now I'm feeling sick. Watery eyes, sore throat, pain in my ears, headaches, drippy nose, bleh! Drank lots of tea and water and this • Greek yoghurt with • shredded almonds • gojiberries • pomegranate • shredded coconut • a tiny bit of agavesyrup and • dried figs was awesome! 5mon

lonnerrr Sugarfree Day 19! Omg this is SO good! Grilled pumpkin! ️ cut some pumpkin in fries or dices. Put it in a bowl and add olive oil, salt, pepper and other herbs you like. Bake it on bakingpaper in the oven on 200 degrees celcius for about 25 minutes! They are not really crispy but they taste awesome! 5mon

lonnerrr Sugarfree Day 19! Healthy lunch! Cooked some quinoa in unsweetened almondmilk. Bake one apple in a pan with some coconutoil and add some cinnamon and some seeds or nuts. Put everything together in a bowl and voila!! (be careful, the apple will be f*cking hot!) 5mon

lonnerrr Sugarfree Day 18! 2 crackers with avocado and sunflowerseeds (and one egg and a cup of coffee) Ok well, there's a tiny bit of sugar in these speltcrackers (I only noticed it when I bought them already) but if you make 'em yourself there won't be any sugar in them! Long day of work ahead of me so these proteins will help me get through! 5mon
