lolicious Pineapple Whip! I was craving something sweet and Pinterest saved the day. Only 2 ingredients: 16oz. frozen pineapple chunks and 1.5 cup almond milk, blended for 2 servings. The recipe actually called for 1 cup of almond milk but my blender was like, yeah right. 😬 I always have frozen fruit and almond milk, so this will be my new "milkshake" recipe! 4d

lolicious This is an example of one my lazy but healthy meals because it only takes 10 minutes to make. 6oz. petite sirloin steaks broiled 3 minutes on each side, steam-in-a-bag green beans (5 minutes)...I brushed a teriyaki glaze on each side of the steaks for some extra deliciousness. 360 calories, 18g fat, 32g protein, 13g carbs. 1w

lolicious I have a love/hate relationship w/ my Tuesday "Boot Camp" class. On one hand I hate it bc it's so hard, but on the other hand it burns so any calories, increases my stamina, and overall makes me stronger. Two weeks ago I flipped one of those tires and thought I was going to die, today I flipped it 6 consecutive times and it was no big deal. This is why I don't obsess over the number on the scale, success is measured in several different ways. 4mon
