livinpaleo Today was rough. One of those training days where nothing seems to go right. Everything felt ten times heavier than normal and I got so frustrated. I'm emotionally and physically drained. But there are a lot worse things in life so I'm gonna cheer up and move on. Plus, I just got some protein that I believe is supposed to make you jacked and tan. But just in case I misread the label or there's some fine print that says "does not work for red heads" I'm going to drink it outside in the sunshine while I play with my dogs. Thank you @marksmellybell for the yummy @mbslingshot protein that's helped brighten my day 3d

livinpaleo This week of training has tested me both mentally and physically. I hurt and I'm exhausted, but I know it's what it takes to accomplish the goals I've set out to achieve. I'm thankful to have this girl pushing alongside me. Everyone deserves a training partner like this in their life.
