lissaspiff mr. Jones keeps the gate a-jar, sits down and has a heart to heart with the loungin' lady sittin' behind bars. she may be yawnin', but she follows his repertoire. these two though strokes of different, gaze on the very same stars. 4d

Brannan lissaspiff
lissaspiff "when you've dug yourself into a hole and you cry out for help, do you become choosy and complain about which ladders are offered to you? By no means! You be thankful to whomever offers help, and you get the heck out of there. It's your choice whether to climb out or wait for something more pleasing, but be aware- someday, your rescuers just might run out of ladders." 5d

lissaspiff imagine a sunset. The silhouettes of trees, the yellow sun, and the orange and pink that fade into the clouds. Now, try to imagine nothing. No sunset. Like you're blind inside.
This is my husband's head. He busted his head open when he was 5, and can no longer imagine pictures in his head. Imagine your child's face... He cannot. His visual imagination is clinically blind. He remembers sound better than anything.
Also imagine not being able to explain this to adults when you were a child, and the repercussions it would cause.. until being hooked up to electrodes proved no brainwaves from that frontal lobe, and you finally understood the damage. As a young adult.
All he can see is, right now, today. Nothing made up, just what lies in front of him. Can you imagine.. Not imagining?
Oh, how strange and beautiful the mind can become,
