  •   pinktreestudio It just means I'm old I became a vegetarian 40 years ago this year! I haven't baked in years because the sight of raw eggs makes me sick 😟 Need to learn to use flax or some other substitute so I can bake again ️ Do you cook with eggs? 7d
  •   lisamcohen That's awesome, @pinktreestudio. Happy vegeversary! Is that a word?! I do use eggs but have used flax "eggs" before with a moderate amount of success. My son has tree nut, peanut, coconut, and sesame allergies so I'm not able to use many of the vegan recipes that I have since a lot rely on nuts or coconut oil. When he was little he was allergic to wheat, dairy, and eggs (and beans & legumes too) and I remember using Ener-G egg replacer for some things but so much stuff was out of the question food-wise and my memory is spotty from that time with two little ones to car for and not getting enough sleep.😴😴😴 7d

  •   lisamcohen @sheafgirl, Awww thank you! You are so sweet. My knee is allowing my to do high impact Cathe stuff but not the low impact with thousands of fast squats. Go figure!! Squats are still dicey and I fear my knee may not go back to what it was. It grinds going up the stairs, fast squats/lunges, etc. Eww! #gettingold How are YOU feeling? Your belly is looking so cute!!! You astound me with your high energy and early morning workouts! Such an inspiration!! 2w
  •   sheafgirl Well I'm happy you can work out! I think you are wise to watch how many squats you do and How deep you go! I'm feeling good. I stopped subbing, last Friday was my last day! I was done to 1-2 days a week and m is never, ever here so I was having so much pressure and Braxton hicks at work then coming home and doing all the mom stuff alone as he works 2-10pm now in Tyson's. 😕 so I'm home now. I had the boys early so it's time to slow down so this guy can cook longer! 2w
