lisa_l_j I'm going to try something different this month. This month, I will not weigh myself on a scale to measure my progress. Instead, I will judge my progress by the way my clothes fit, endurance during cardio, and overall energy level. For me the scale has been my frenemy. When the scale revealed a number I approved of, I stayed focused on my goals. However when the numbers were not what I hoped for, I quit and loss focus.
