Just because i am enthousiastic about going to the gym, building muscle getting lean, actually caring for aestethics, doesnt make me a man woman can be just as dedicated to fitness as men are! lineke_verboven Work dat booty nailed the 100kg yesterday! Felt my glutes burn instantly! They hurt like hell right now which can only mean i did something good! Love the pain, embrace it! Muscle pains are signs of growth! Also experimented a little.. Wanted to know what my maximum capacity is on this machine, which is 127kg for 5 reps! Proud of myself 2w

I spend like 2 hours there, went completely nuts i love it in the gym! working out after a long day seems like something that would make you feel even more tired, but it fuels me like a champ! i feel way more energetic and alive after a good workout! luvs 2w

lineke_verboven Some foodporn! If you're chubby and looking to gain muscle and get that flat-abbed belly, fitness alone isn't going to do the trick. You need to eat clean, and do lots of cardio aswell. burn that fat! gym workouts are great for building up muscle, but that alone isnt gonna do the trick! If you want to live healthy, look healthy and be healthy. You need to eat clean aswell! Heres some of the food i've recently made, the tasty friggin' sammich is a repost though Some suggestions as shown on the pictures:

Loads and loads of chicken! Loads of carbs/protein in there, great for muscle growth, and not that fat either (depending on the way you prep it)
Veggies! I always load my meals up with veggies, why? Because veggies are healthy, delicious, nutricious! They pack a shit load of vitamins, key to a healthy lifestyle.
Pasta with fish (salmon in my case) fish has omega 3 in it, great for the heart, pasta is very protein rich

Kill that food! Get yourself a nice food plan, and you will notice that your progress will go much faster! Love your body and skip the french fries! Believe me when i say healthy food can be just as tasty as dem pizza's and french fries! Maybe even better, and it will make you feel like a king/queen! Believe me when i say you wont regret it!

lineke_verboven Quite happy with the way my back is looking right now! Mucle building is going nicely wish i could go for a run though! I have to rest for 2 weeks because i smashed up my foot! But the weather is so amazing right now it just screams: go for a jog you moron! But i can't Also some wise words for today: work out because YOU want to, work that body because you want it, not because anyone else tells you to! It will never work out that way. You need to set your own goals. No one has the right to call you fat or out of shape. It's all about your own mind, as long as you feel good with your body it's fine! But if you and only you feel like you want to work out and get in shape some more, it's achievable. if it's forced upon you by some bullies, you don't get the right mindset or motivation. You need to punch those asses, instead of satisfieing them! 3w

lineke_verboven This might look a bit crazy! But i currently love this longboard fitness workout! It's great for your glutes and legs, you feel your legs burning in just a couple of reps! Great workout for at home, you can do this with any kind of board skateboard longboard penny board, whatever floats your boat.. And basically i'm doing this in my living room on this picture very do-able for every one at home and great for the butt and legs! Give those glutes some love! 3w

lineke_verboven I get the question "why do you do this to yourself" or "why do you put yourself out here like this" alot. And my answer will always be: i want to motivate other people to do the same! I want to show everyone that anyone is capable of living a healthy and fit lifestyle. because i once was that girl that had a bit of a big belly and flubby legs and a saggy butt. That might not even be true, but i felt it like that, i felt uncomfortable with myself, i was insecure. But i decided to make a change, and i felt motivated troughout several instagram page's. Now i want to do something back! Which i decided to be motivating other people myself. Sharong the progress and the love. Sharing the storys, giving tips and tricks. And i love it! These pictures are no bragging conpetition, or to stab anyones eyes out. these pictures are for people who want to archieve something like this themselves. And i post these pictures for myself to see the progress and share it with fellow fit buddies and gymrats! Nothing more than that. So i hope you all learn something or feel motivated. Maybe even just to connect with a fellow fitness freak :) i love you all for doing so!
