lineke_verboven Never really pay that much attention to chest, but when i wear strapless stuff i can't help but notice how much i've grown! Just hoping i don't turn out as some female incredible hulk! also shoulders and traps are doing very well :) i'm satisfied for now 2d

lineke_verboven Don't ya just love grainy pictures in te dark.. But the arm gains are real though.. Doing some back excersises after leg day.. Had a tough session today wasn't feeling it! Hope it'll get better tomorrow! I'm planning on taking a run for the first time in ages.. curious to see what i'll make of that! think i might hit some more back afterwards.. lineke_verboven New sports watch! Not the prettiest but very efficient! With a heart rate meter, calories counter, kilometer counter, stopwatch, it shows you your bmi. all things neccisery are packed in this thing! So it's back to the gym, back to the jogging, and the home gym again! Making tight sceduals and watching the food. It's a hobby, it's a lifestyle! and it's certainly no joke! 4d

lineke_verboven Got a little arm training in today! It's been hard to work out the last 3 days because i've been helping with renovating the house of my niece!it's a nice cardio workout though and i really felt some pain in the muscles of my back and arms after roughly painting walls all day yesterday! but i was glad i got to lift a little today tomorrow is my birthday! so it's a busy time and family is always first so make them appreciate you! It's worth it 7d

lineke_verboven Eating clean, some defrosted berries, normally would make a smoothie from them but i ate them like this instead of crisps when watching a movie🏼. Trying to lose them fats! It's hard to get lean, but it's worth it, i hope! 1w
