lindsaywho Paul overload on my IG this week. A short little shakeout run, and a really adorable outtake with the dog that won't sit still for 5 seconds. 2d

lindsaywho Went out for 10 "easy paced" miles, but psycho pacer had other ideas. Pretended to drop dead afterwards and Paul was very, very concerned. 2d

lindsaywho Another for the #outtakechallenge... a Paul selfie, after he proudly knocked my camera over while it was in burst mode. 4d

lindsaywho Tagged by @paulblankman for the #outtakechallenge... but the problem is, 90% of the outtakes on my gopro are terrifying close-ups of my face inspecting the camera and you'd all be horrified if I posted them. I found this gem from this summer while perusing through my memory card. A moment of devastation; a long, hot summer run in the woods, about to enjoy a delicious banana which happened to be the only food I had left, and then I DROPPED IT IN THE WATER. It was very upsetting as you can imagine, since food is a precious commodity in the running world. 5d

lindsaywho Third-wheeling to negative splits with these speed demons - 7:45, 7:43, 7:36, 7:29. I decided my legs need to be about 3 inches longer to comfortably keep up with these two. Barely #keepingupwithpaulwaldron. 1w

lindsaywho A summer throwback to wish the happiest of birthdays to my ultra friend Skott! Many miles have been destroyed, and may you continue to slay many, many more. 1w

lindsaywho 10 miles today for #megsmiles
As tragic as Meg's passing was, it's so uplifting to surf through that hashtag and see a community come together. Grateful for every mile I am able to go.

lindsaywho Getting knocked out of a shaky arm balance produces the most amusing series of burst photos maybe ever. My teacher made this pose seem like a piece of cake, which means I need to work on my cake-making skills because this is quite difficult for me. 1w

lindsaywho You can't tell me that going for a run specifically to take fun pictures isn't a perfectly legitimate reason to get outside. #whatevergetsyoumoving 1w

lindsaywho Sore muscles + hyper, tireless dog = exhausted Lindsay. I used to run with him to get out some of his energy, but now he might be a better runner than I am. Whew. #dogonakitestring 2w

lindsaywho Accidental GoPro burst timer selfie from another chilly bike commute (one of the rare ones that isn't my face towering like a giant over the frame).
I'm not serious and philosophical very often but sometimes life lines up just right, you know? Yoga has been real helpful in helping me find some balance; as my instructor put it, I'm all fire and intensity, and living constantly with that intensity without finding ways to balance it out causes me anxiety. Always pushing hard, tending to see what I'm lacking in physically and where I need improvements instead of acknowledging what I have and all the work I put in. In today's yoga class she discussed Santosa - being happy with what we have instead of unhappy with what we don't. To be on your own journey. Lately I've been finding myself comparing my weaknesses to other people's strengths a lot and this discussion was exactly what I needed. Oh, and to fuel my recent obsession with inversions, I did my first handstand without the wall (well, I used my instructor as a backup wall, but still) and I'm pumped! #yadayadayada #blahblanblah

lindsaywho Is bad bike yoga a thing? A few months ago I was humblebragging about not needing a car and being able to bike everywhere. Well, pretty sure everyone in their toasty wheels this morning was laughing at the ninja popsicle pedaling along on her way to work. Looks like the cold followed me down south, jokes on me! 2w
