lessleebee TGIF. Banana & Chocolate protein pancakes to celebrate #proteinpow does it again. Ingredients
1/2 cup liquid egg whites
1/4 cup vanilla whey protein powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1 banana
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Directions
1. Preheat nonstick pan
2. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips)
3. Once pan is heated, cook batter, bring heat down to medium
4. Flip when bubbles appear on pancake surface
5. Sprinkle chocolate chips
5. Done!

Ingredients:
1 cup kale
1 banana
3 fresh strawberries
1/2 - 1 cup water
1/4 non-fat or almond milk (optional)
1 scoop Progressive VegeGreens with Multivitamins
1/2 scoop Vega Viva Vanilla Vegan Protein power
and voila

Ingredients
1 banana
1 cup kale
5 fresh or frozen strawberries
⅓ cup Almond Milk
½ Water
Dash of Cinnamon

Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired smoothness. Drink up!

  •   lessleebee @_ir3y_ it's amazing. Kale with fruit blended along with greek yogurt or almond milk cuts the kale taste if that's what you're worried about. However it's pretty subtle in taste, I love it. If you don't like the veggie tasting smoothies, i would avoid having spinach in smoothies. I'm not a big fan of it myself, but then again it depends how much you put in. 2w
