  •   jasminebairian i start with my favorite base of hemp milk and banana( coconut water, almond milk, green tea are good bases too) add in my fruits, if i want greens to it, i add spinach or kale, add nut butters, coconut butter/oil to make it creamy, add some sort of sweetener if i want too like honey, dates, agave and lastly add in little extras like cacao nibs, maca powder, chia seeds, bee pollen, hemp seeds, goji berries and the like. 😀 3mon
