laurentelford96 I made some really goddamn delicious muesli today which was just a mish-mash of all my cupboard superfood essentials {oats, chia seeds, ground flaxseed, goji berries, raisins, coconut chips, walnuts & sprouted grain mix} and served it with a mixture of @rudehealth coconut & almond mylk, cinnamon & fresh strawberries! Also, a big shoutout to that beautiful sunshine today, thank you for gracing me with your presence, and allowing me to get back out in the garden! 1w

  •   laurentelford96 @cashewcrazy literally just sautéed the kale in coconut oil and added in the garlic, sundried tomatoes, tamari, nooch (nutritional yeast) and apple cider vinegar, then toss in a carton of cooked and drained/rinsed green lentils. Mix together and heat, pour into bowl and drizzle over the tahini easy! 2d
