laclarke Sunday motivation for myself as I'm trying to take a day off revising... trying, lol. The first picture was a year or so ago, the second picture was end of last year when I was bulking and the third picture is today during my cut. laclarke Testing out new protein pancake recipes... high carb, low carb, chocolate protein instead of vanilla and so forth! I can't explain! I like experimenting, and it's a Friday night, so two squares of 74% dark chocolate is so enjoyable! I always stay in my macros, except a very rare occasion, so no guilt, ever! 3d

laclarke Good morning! Proats are one of my favourite breakfasts, and I thought I deserved it because this morning I found out I've lost another inch off my waist since I last checked, but my thighs are still at 25 inches ️ slow gradual cutting has been the correct way to go for me, it takes patience and consistency! Things do not happen over night 🏼My proats are made up of vanilla whey, coconut milk, raspberries and 73% dark chocolate. Have a beautiful week. 🌞 1w
