kmaecags Protein pancakes that don't taste like shit. I didn't personally waste my time separating the ingredients out like seen here (I don't have this kind of patience)... @ryface did this in the kitchen one day and I photographed because it looks nice. In fact, let me be real honest: I don't even know how baking soda differs from baking powder, so I say "fuck it" and put a little both in to cover my bases. (I am assuming that at least 400 people are about to educate me on the difference).
I have no specials "tips" or "tricks" to share with you when it comes to cooking pancakes... mix it all in a bowl and cook it like a pancake. Don't over complicate pancakes. In fact, don't over complicate anything.
*1 scoop Chocolate @gognarly protein
*1⁄2c oat flour
*1 tbsp cocoa powder
*2-4 tbsp Stevia (to taste)
*1⁄4 tsp baking soda
*1⁄4 tsp baking powder
*1⁄4 tsp salt
*1 egg
*1⁄2c Greek yogurt *1⁄4c oat milk
*1 tsp vanilla extract
****You can sub any flour/milk in order for these to meet whatever nutrition rules that you've set for yourself.

kmaecags #TBT to the first time I ever had more than 300# on my back (the video is about 6 weeks back). Tried to jump up to 335# from 315# that day and I couldn't even lower an inch. Since then, I'm down 10# and hit 335# for a fairly easy two yesterday on a below parallel box. Now I just need to quit being a little bitch and get rid of the fucking box. #Cantstopwontstop 6d

kmaecags Living in NorCal for a few weeks with with the @sanfranfire. Which means I get to cook for athletes. Tonight @dcanavero @samdancing and @cfc_sasser got this. Bell peppers stuffed with bacon then baked at 400 till the bacon looked done. Filled them with pearled couscous then cracked an egg on top and baked them again till the egg was cooked. Also chicken and some green stuff. Because nutrition. If you don't even gluten, omit the "food so nice they named it twice", and dice up some potatoes or yams instead. 2w

kmaecags Greetings from Africa. No fitness has happened here (hence the lack of posting). But yes, I drank the OJ (which lives up to the hype). I even shared some with a monkey. I also made some other friends🐪. Put Morocco on your bucket list. It's cheap, it's exciting, the people are amazing, and you learn to appreciate the things that you normally take for granted. No lifting. No tracking food. No working. No bikini top. No problem.
I've you find yourself getting overwhelmed with life and your behavior/sanity begin to slip because of it... take a day. Or three. Or seven. Or twenty one.

kmaecags When I came to Europe last year, I wasted A TON of timing searching for places to lift then went out of my way to get to gyms. I feel like I didn't make the most out of my trip since I was so obsessive about being all the fitness. I promised myself not to do that this trip. So I'm not on my program while I'm here (sorry @braddecision, hopefully I don't lose all my #gainz). But I brought my jump rope, duh. So 30mins of dubs and trips in the park followed by Tabata box jumps. I started to do burpees, but who the fuck am I kidding. Did two and called it good. (Representing @iambeastmodeusa and the NY Rangers in Barcelona today). 1mon
