kmaecags So I'm weighing in at about a buck seventy (170#) give or take 5# either direction depending on the day. I don't know where it is, but I'll take it. Because I feel good and I feel strong. I can't say it enough: the scale does not define you. It doesn't measure who you are as a person, how strong you are, how fast you are, how great you are as person, nor how hard you're working. It just measures how much your total persons (flesh, bone, tissue, fat, water) weighs at the exact moment you step on it. I look basically the same as I did when I weighed 150#. I've gone from 115# up to 188# at one point during my bulk and I never once let the scale get me down or defeat me. I just keep eating like I'm supposed to and keep training like I'm supposed to. Finding freedom from the scale is very empowering. 2d

Best part: these fuckers are weatherproof (I have built my own gym on my roof until my public gyms opens, so their durability is what sold me on them). I had rouge boxes for a while which were a bitch to cover/store because of their size and the humidity in NYC does some weird shit to them. Therefore I'm pretty pumped on these. kmaecags As many of you know, I started a "little" project called Doughnuts & Deadlifts (@doughnutsanddeadlifts) earlier this year. What I though was going to be a silly little project, has turned into a massive lifestyle brand. I see the #doughnutsanddeadlifts hashtag growing daily and I see more and more people in D&D shirts. Which gets me more and more excited to bring the D&D travel guide to life. I've been to around 25 doughnut shops this year (still have 6 months left in the year, I'm not stopping) and probably twice that many gyms; seeking out the best places to doughnut and deadlift. I can't wait to share this with everyone, and if you've read anything that I've written, you should be excited to read this fuckin' travel guide. Because it's hilariously awesome. Thank you for the support. I went through my phone to make a doughnut collage, and its almost perverted how many pictures I've taken of doughnuts the past year... #DoughnutFetish 2w

kmaecags People always ask me what I'm "on", and my answer always remains the same: I'm on a lot of carbs, I'm on a high performance diet, and I'm on a solid strength & conditioning training program. I'm not on PEDs, I'm not on ANY supplements, I'm not on any "low carb" or "low fat" nonsense deprivation diet. People are constantly making the assumption of steroid use or think that supplements are necessary to make progress. Nope. I just eat the right food at the right times and I train a lot harder and smarter than most people. My body fat is higher than I would like it to be by about 2-3%, but in order to lower it I would have to eat less, which would mean my athletic performance would suffer greatly. I personally prefer performance over aesthetics. It's ok to prefer aesthetics. To each their own. (This is how we separate athletes from the models) 2w

kmaecags Most broads post pictures of their neon Nikes. Women tend to be quite proud of their shoe collection. Not this broad. I am proud of my barbell collection. I have seven on my roof that I am the first owner of. My Westside Barbell Power Bar (this one) being my favorite. The way to my heart is with barbells and food. 3w
