1 ripe avocado,lime juice, cherry tomatoes and salt&pepper.(topping were some chopped walnuts) So simple and delicious!! 😛

  •   kleinesmondmaedchen @natz1005 @glueckseeligkeit 50g Magerquark, 150g Exquisa fitline 0,2%, 20g Vanilla oder VanillaWhiteChocolate Protein Pulver, 1Ei, Zitronensaft und wer will kann noch mit Agavensirup oder Honig nachsüßen wobei die Masse durch das Proteinpulver schon recht süß ist. Dann zum Schluss noch die Kirschen, alles abfüllen und für 40min bei 170Grad Umluft in den Ofen :) 3mon
