kjaye It took about a month and a half but I finally found coffee worth talking about @kaldiatwater! It took a lot to leave my Village Coffee Roasters in Scottsdale, AZ but I'm definitely glad stumbled upon this little roasting gem. :) vibe is cool, parking is easy, and there's outdoor seating. kjaye Front Squats with a 1sec pause at the bottom: 2x5@95#, 2x5@115#, 5x1@135#. Followed by 4x3 Turkish Get ups.
Worked on maintaining proper positioning and muscle consciousness throughout the lift--feeling and being aware of my body throughout the movement--what muscles are/are not firing, whether I'm leaning towards one side more than the other (right), etc.
Ended with 21-15-9 65#thrusters, Burpees over bar, and kettlebell swings. #Trainwithkj
