kjaye Okay! Check this out. GHD Raises are no joke in conjunction with front rack walking lunges especially after 3 rounds. So I scaled it to keep proper form and isolate the muscles intended (glutes, hammies, and calves). I grabbed a PVC Pipe placed it out in front of me and slowly walked my hands down keeping my legs straight and pushing my toes into the plate. On the way up, I kept the same straight back, walked my hands up while squeezing my butt and pulling with my hamstrings. #trainwithkj #barbellbrigade 6h

kjaye Ladies, don't let your long hair be the cause of missed double unders! When sizing your jump rope, don't forget to take into consideration HOW YOU WEAR YOUR HAIR. Sounds silly, but take it from someone who's had way too many hair whips to the eyeballs. At The Games last weekend, I bought a LONGER replacement cable for my RX Jump Rope. With that said, instead of buying a cable for my actual height (5'2"), I bought it as if I were 5'3". #trainwithkj 2d
