The recipe is mostly by smell and taste but this is what I did: I took 1/2 a head of purple cabbage (bc I think it's purdy) and sliced it super thin with a fake Mandolin slicer. Then I put 3 helping spoons of Mayo (whatever kind you can't live without works). Then can limes, cumin and 2 or 3 adobo chilies. I added onion chopped super finely and cilantro. But the secret ingredient is the Goya adobo all purpose seasoning WITH CUMIN. It salty so I didn't add any extra. That's it. Nada mas. 2d

kimfosternyc I remember the 1st time @redcooking showed up at a party w/ home-made tortilla chips. It was years ago. I thought he was some sort of culinary genius. But then, I figured out how stupendously easy it is to make them and how much better they are than from the bag. Now, it's just these chips for every occasion.
