khaledvonfarhad No gym, no problem. After a Swedish #fika you'll need a good workout, man those thinks are high on calories AF! (It's basically only sugar and carbs). Since I don't have my gym here in Gothenburg, I decided to bring the gym to my parents garden. I managed to do some awesome #cardio and even some exercises with my own body weight. khaledvonfarhad Today has been a long day, woke up at 5:55, went to work until 14:00. Came home, managed to clean the apartment a bit and then headed to the gym for my #spinning class. Second time this week (+ core class). I remember a time when I was so into heavy weight, and didn't bother that much about #cardio. Well, those days are over, I'm addicted to spinning! Never had this much fun while burning calories, if you haven't tried it...do it!!! Since I burned so many calories I changed my dinner for something "unhealthy", at least I thought it was...turned out to be right in there with my calories and macros. I've had about 2000 calories in food today, that's a big deficit! Today's weight was 72,9 kg...down 3 since my last. Less fat, more #muscles #fitness #livskraftkarlstad 2w

I think I needed this rest, not only for the resting part but to calculate and work on my new fitness goals. I think this year will be good, not only fitness wise. But life as a whole. khaledvonfarhad Day 7/30 on my clean bulk diet. When you learn how to master your food intake, anything is possible. Thanks to my @fitbit Charge HR I can monitor how many calories I burn, and then keep my food intake to undercut it by circa 500 calories/day. This equals about ~ -0,5 kilograms/week in loss of fat. For me personally, working with calories rather then macros is easier and gives me faster results. But keep an eye on those proteins, they need to remain high! I've started to drink this #nudeproteinwater with my lunch, it contains 40 calories and 10 grams of proteins. Perfect supplement to the proteins in my lunch. khaledvonfarhad Pre workout meal, nothing fancy...just a whole lot of proteins and some carbs. Peanut butter on rye bread (good amount of fibers and proteins), cottage cheese with extra protein and some fruit on the side (gotta catch those vitamin c's )! Today was leg day, because of yesterday's back attack I had to take it easy today. Easy as in a litter lighter with the weights but some more reps. khaledvonfarhad This is what it comes down to, clean eating. Nothing but healthy food, it might not look like the best gourmet meal you'll see but it does wonders for your body. One of my meals: Salmon and sweet potato (seasoning: @flavorgod Everything spicy)...fat, carbs and proteins in perfect harmony.
