I feel like a newborn in the game that is #fitness...every new thing learned is a new obstacle moved to the side in the race to my goals! I feel stronger then ever and #healthier then ever. khaledvonfarhad It's been a long week, I've been working out so much that I've almost forgot about all my studying. Almost finished with that as well! Only 3 pages left until Monday, I think I've written well over 15 pages this course. Monday is the last day and from the 26th of this month my internship starts and ends in June. I've managed so much during these two years, not only have I lost weight, I've grown as a person in so many ways! I've lost over 50 lbs (25 kg) and gone from over 35% body fat to around 12% body fat. Can't tell you how proud I am of myself, and the best part is that everyone can do it! You just need to believe in yourself . Left shoulder has been a bit sore, so next shoulder session I'm doing lighter weights but more #reps 🏼. From next week I'll cut all suger from my diet, I'm giving up bread and jam. Why not make it easy and eat things (vegetables or fruits) that contain good vitamins! My favorite is #vitaminc and I get that by eating two oranges every day, yeah...2 ! So, what is Vitamin C good for? Well, not only does it make your immune system stronger, it can actually help you burn more fat! But my favorite part is just the taste of a really juicy , since I don't eat any sugary stuff, this is my candy! khaledvonfarhad Most normal people are usually relaxing and watching tv during the evening, let's just say...I'm not so normal . This is where I usually spend my late hours, rolling on the floor. Had a great shoulder workout today! Therefore, to minimize any risk for injuries I use the #foamroller. Many people use it on they're lower body, but forgot the upper body! By rolling your Axilla, Teres major/minor and Latissimus dorsi muscles, you'll get a better recovery. khaledvonfarhad Never skip leg day, NEVER! Don't really understand why so many hate #legday, I never feel so complete with my workout until I've really killed my legs!! The best feeling in the world is when you're totally finished, then you know you've done well. I finished off the session with som #foamrolling, no better way to keep you're body in top shape and meanwhile avoid illness. Did 80kg on squats today, not that much and I know I can manage far more. I did 100 kg the other day but it didn't feel good for my back. I haven't managed to get hold of a training belt in size M and without it I'm not risking my back for the sake of 20 kg! khaledvonfarhad People always ask "what do you eat?". My response is always "-food " . As I've said a lot of times before, it's a BIG chance my meal plan won't work for you! All bodies are different and respond different to food and #exercise. I'll tell you what I eat for dinner (every day): Salomon with mash potatoes without butter, only lactose free milk and white pepper. I usually add some ketchup, it tends to get somewhat flavorless 😎. Kidding aside, I eat healthy food and I don't stare blind at #calories (I mean I eat two peanut butter and jelly sandwiches , my body likes them ). Eat 5-6 meals a day with good ingredients and combine with good exercise (depending on what your goals is, so should your intensity be!!). This years has been the worst year of my life in so many regards, but so great in others. I'm really grateful for everything, even the bad. The bad has made me stronger and more enduring, lessons learned for life. University has been great, work has been great and I'm thankful for all my colleges at both places. Grateful for everyone in my life, especially my never ending supportive family and friends. You guys are my heroes!
