You can add spices likes cumin or paprika.. or other veggies like cooked.beetroot (will become pink) or raw spinach or roast bell peppers/aubergine. but try the authentic hummus first best with extra garlic extra lemon juice 3w

My bf surprised me yesterday by buying your meal plan, and I have to say that I loved it, specially your treadmill routine which I put in practise yesterday (started by 40 min and now I will try with 50). Since Im from Spain Im not very familiar with the abreviations in English. When you write "tbsp" is table spoon? (Larger one) and "tsp" is tea spoon (Smaller than the dessert one)?
