kennashell Need Quick Breakfast Ideas? Try this little sandwich. So Quick & Easy. This takes me maybe 3 minutes tops. Here is what you need: 1 English Muffin Toasted 1 Whole Egg Pan Fried using Non-Stick Spray 1 Tbsp Cream Cheese I used 1/3 less fat. 1 Tomato Slice Seasonings I like to use Salt, Black Pepper and Crushed Red Pepper for some spice. You can add another whole egg OR 2 more Egg Whites if you're really hungry at breakfast or if you're a man you should eat more than 1 egg. Remember the Egg Whites are pretty much unlimited as long as you aren't adding cheese. So don't worry about overdoing it here. Women if you have more than 50-60 lbs to lose add in extra egg whites. πŸ‘­πŸ‘¬Tag a friend who would make this with you. Get creative with your food.   •   kennashell @septemberrae girl... I've done it all. Even went to Nutrition School. But that's just my personality when I find something I'm passionate about I want to learn all about it. Started with p90x bec I was too embarrassed to go to a gym. After I lost 80lbs I started going to the gym hired a trainer, got certified through IIN and NASM but with the help of Beachbody and my love for the ease of at home workouts I just bought my own home gym and StairMaster. 3d

kennashell Cutting up some fresh veggies for the rest of the week so I don't grab junk to snack on and I thought these Radishes were so pretty!! This is the first year I have really loved them. They are so good with some hummus or roasted with some olive oil salt and pepper. Do you eat your veggies?? Look at the meals you eat and see if everything is mostly Brown, Orange or White?? It's probably a lot of processed foods. Meaning made in a factory with unknown chemicals. Try something new each week until you get used to seeing some color on your plate. πŸ‹πŸ 4w

That will determine if you'll succeed. ️ Who cares if every other time you've failed... Tell yourself - this time is different. Write down baby goals that ultimately lead to BIG GOALS. Reward yourself with non-food items as you reach those baby goals. Talk Positively to yourself have Big Dreams and go for them.

kennashell This is my FAVORITE Tea right now. Tazo Organic Peachy Green Tea. ️It's so simple to make. Hot water in a mug, tea bag and 2 packets of Stevia in the Raw. Let it sit for about 3 minutes and you're good to go. I use the keurig for faster hot water.
