kennashell I'm a total foodie so when I see something new I try it. This is one of my new favorites!! Kinda Spicy but so delicious. For the women/ men pairing their foods with my meal plans this would be considered your carb serving eat with a Lean Protein to slow down digestion of the carbs. For 2cups it's 160 cals, 9g Fat, 15g carbs, less than 1g sugar. 1mon

  •   nicolegrace4 Last year I started making 1/2 cup of rice or 2 potatoes for my family of 4 (two littles husband and i) and cut our meat portion in half. I also stopped making rolls a side with every meal. The kids don't notice and the husband didn't care. I think we over portion everything! Its so much easier to stop eating when there isn't anymore food. Also I make our individual plates and pack up any leftovers in Tupperware and stick in the fridge before we start dinner. 2mon
