kennashell Many times we are so busy helping others we forget to save some energy for ourselves. I challenge you to take At Least 15 minutes today and everyday this WHOLE WEEK.... To fill yourself up so you'll have energy. This is also a form of self love. This is how I personally stay motivated and on track with my own goals. So if your 15 mins means reading your favorite book, cooking your favorite healthy meal, quiet time a manicure or pedicure, a walk outside.... can be anything but make it something you love, something that nourishes your soul. Be open and know that you really can eat anything you want (unless you have an allergy) but you're just choosing not to. Also that food will be there another time so you really don't have to eat it. kennashell Good Morning ️ What's for Breakfast today? You always want a Lean Protein paired with a complex Carbohydrate to get your day started. Here are some examples of what I eat Egg Whites & Oatmeal Ground Turkey Egg white omelette with 1-2 slices Ezekiel Toast. I eat 4 egg whites depending upon your current weight/height/goals you may need more. Egg whites you can't overdo so don't be skeerd to eat too much oatmeal is 1/2c serving. Also you can add in 1/2c Fruit - I like Berries..... Strawberries, Blueberries, Blackberries, Raspberries And for the Coffee Lovers - I use Stevia in the Raw and either Almond Milk or those little individual coffee creamers 2 Max so I can portion correctly.
