kellyyy_anne Well here it is, the final results from my 24 day challenge. I completely fell off over the holidays and convinced myself I was gaining muscle, when in reality it was definitely not muscle
Lost a total of 5lb, but it was not about the weight. I did this for the energy I get from the added supplements and to get myself back on track with meal prepping and eating healthy.
If you've been looking for a way to shed weight, tone up or gain more energy or just need a kick in the butt, this challenge is for you! kellyyy_anne Healthy turkey chili recipe by the mans @adamjgeorge10. He made a HUGE batch so I'll just list the ingredients: ️Crushed tomatoes ️Diced tomatoes ️Tomato sauce ️Tomato paste ️Onion ️Green, red and jalapeños peppers ️Mushrooms ️Black, pinto and garbanzo beans ️Corn ️Lean ground turkey ️Chili seasoning packet
Directions:
Sauté onions, peppers and mushrooms in large pot then add tomato products and continue to simmer on low. Brown ground turkey in separate skillet with garlic and salt and pepper to taste. When turkey is cooked drain excess fat with a colander then add to mixture in pot along with seasoning packet(s). Add beans and corn. Let simmer and reduce for about an hour stirring regularly.

WHY NOT grow through life, rather than just go through life?

Who would've thought that all of us would end up in Orlando together to attend a full day of training from AdvoCare corporate? We came with open minds ready to learn from the best️ This day was filled with all sorts of emotion. Can you imagine hearing about mothers being able to come home to their children because of the income they've earned from AdvoCare, families getting themselves out of debt, and people losing 15+ pounds after doing their first 24-day challenge?

Think for a moment: Why not YOU?
