kellyolexa New beginnings. .new ideas. I have decided to change my workout schedule and go to the gym every morning and do both my cardio and weights. (Vs trying to do HIIT in the mornings and weights later- that was stressing me out big time) just knowing that I can come home and start my work day and I know that all of my training is done is going to be a huge load off my shoulders. The next thing I'm doing is Whitney wants me to when I train weights and cardio to put something in my stomach before I go. I am NOT a fan of eating then training - so I am choosing to do a protein shake before I go and today I am doing something Whitney did in Arizona... I added my pre-workout IN THE SHAKE!!!! WHAT? it was crazy good! Today I have @tryabouttime VANILLA protein powder and @formulation1 pre-workout in watermelon. BOTTOMS UP! HAVE YOU EVER DONE THIS? kellyolexa Are you wondering what the heck this post is a picture of? I just finished my morning cardio and after my shower I put lotion on etc. and this is what I have been using for probably five or six years whenever I have cuts or blisters or my cuticles get really dry and peeling and painful it is strictly essential oils but it is from Arbonne .... and I swear to you I keep a package of this in my purse I keep it at home I pack it with me when I go because it is just awesome for soothing those annoying cuts and helping to heal them and it's only $15 and one of these little tubes probably last several months you can also use it on your scalp if you have cuts or if you just have a dry scalp area. it's funny because I just remembered that the last time I had breakfast with Jay @jaycardiello he had a bunch of cuts on his hands from training and I put some on his hands because I was like a little nurse with my essential oils. And I'll be detailing all of this on my blog but I just had to share here a preview: I am already feeling so much better and noticing changes in my state of mind and my body and I haven't even started this treatment yet! ( for those of you that have no idea what I'm talking about… Go to my blog or look at my last post but I'm seeing a specialist who is amazing in Phoenix for hormonal balance treatments...BIHRT) anyway the big thing that I am dying to pass on to all the ladies out there is if I can tell you one thing that is of utmost importance for your health and well-being it's this: if you are on the birth control pill do yourself a favor and get off of it as soon as humanly possible it is absolutely the worst thing for your body and your health! OMG. I wish when I was 19 years old and I decided to go on the pill that somebody would have educated me or that I could fast forward to today and know what all those hormones for all those years were doing to my body and my health. It is JACKED what the Pill does to you! This might sound crazy to you but I have now been off for probably 12 and I can't tell you how much I already feel and my body is making changes just from being off that pill already!
