kellikiesel #PIYO update!! Started week 3 of PIYO on Monday. I haven't been super consistent with the workouts, but did the buns video yesterday which burned like crazy in a good way. Finished up the #core video today and I'm definitely feeling stronger. Here's one of my favorite moves from the core workout. Cardio, cardio, cardio...get it done today anyway you want. Treadmill, Zumba, elliptical, kickboxing, outdoor run or even this circuit in your own home. Repeat this circuit as many times as you want, but whatever cardio you choose...hit if for at least 30 min#fitlife

If you are wanting to lose weight there has to be a daily deficit of calories in vs calories out no matter how healthy you eat. Some people aim too low in calories and others guesstimate making it frustrating when they don't see results. Use tracking tools to help you gauge your daily calorie needs according to your goals and if you want help knowing how much you should be taking in email me and we can figure it out for you #fitlife

Definitely don't skip the first meal of the day since it will jump start your metabolism, helping to reduce overall body fat. Pass on sugary, refined carb meals, and opt for a combo of protein and fiber filled complex carbs to help give you sustainable energy and keeping you feeling satisfied longer. #fitlife

It's not too late to get this workout done

Set 1
Squats (60sec)
15 Burpees
Jump Lunges (60sec)

Set 2
12 Plank Rows
Plank hold (60sec)
12 Push-ups

Make sure to warmup properly for at least 5-10min and do 3-5 rounds of each set, cool down, stretch and you are done for today. Weights/medicine ball is optional, so start where you are and progress from there.
