kaykayhu A progression of the snatch from competition (though my arms to should be locked out in the final position.) I used to HATE this lift. So many intricacies: feet under hips, hook grip, hands wide, pull close to the body, shrug, hip explosiveness for the 3rd pull, etc. I'm continuing improve but thanks to excellent coaching at @oldcitycrossfit I can now say it's one of my favorite lifts.
