kaykayhu Gave it my all in #16point3 for those #barmuscleups. I didn't get one but the open is definitely a test of your strengths and weaknesses.
RX-ing the workouts has shown me that I need to work on my pulling strength (chest to bar, etc.) Can't wait to get to work on my weaknesses after #intheOpen is over. #fitfam #crossfit
