katheats Broccoli tossed with a few teaspoons of coconut butter. Why didn't I think of this sooner! M loves it. 3w
  •   jgbagwell05 My boy loves coconut butter and broccoli too. 3w
  •   averysmum What has helped us @mrssoltman is repetitively giving our daughter different types of healthy choices and not making a big deal about whether she eats or not. She was down to eating maybe 5 or 6 things at around 2. She's now 3.5 and eats almost every veggie we give her and adores almost every plant based protein there is! We're still working on animal proteins though. It is super frustrating though. I think at this age it's more about them asserting control over their food choices. If they feel like they can say yes or no, it gives them the independence they need. Of course this is anecdotal---but I hope it helps a bit! 3w
  •   1on1_wraps Thays awesome, good for u for Cari g enough to feed her real foods! I will have to try coc butter O it, I have a jar, but don't use it! 3w
  •   mrssoltman @averysmum thanks! We are doing the same and no luck yet but hopefully it wi pay off 3w
  •   jkadidas21 Love that @averysmum ! Gives me hope as my daughter eats lots of things right now but is slowly becoming picky and I have been trying to not care if she eats it or not, just constantly offering. 3w
  •   averysmum Yes @jkadidas21 and @mrssoltman just have to hang in there for a bit! Of course all kids are different; i know a lot of moms that have had a similar experience with pickiness! Hope it gets better for your kiddos soon! 3w
  •   katheats Fyi....this is one of the very few veggies M will eat! Not all of his lunches are this healthy :) 3w
