Let yourself go over a bit . And if you feel sicky or dizzy definitely eat more! Oh and also fluid! I realised you need to drink lots on the 500kcal days first day I had such a bad headache I think due to lack of fluid! You've got a gorgeous figure already so you totally don't need to but I guess it's worth a try see what works for you xxx 16h

k_rose_l_12 Thanks for the tag the beautiful @jessicaemily_sw #widn will have to be having just finished this cracking dinner . Slow cooked low fat pulled pork with vegetables, with leaves, reduced fat coleslaw, corn on the cob and a weight watchers petit pan (obviously needed to make a pulled pork and coleslaw sandwich!!! ). All of this for an estimated 600kcal . And I'm also watching don't tell the bride, such good trash tv .   •   k_rose_l_12 @hannahmurren hey! Ahh pretty good to be honest with you lovely . I've lost about 5lbs in the first 2 weeks which is good. And I'm finding the fast days easier, I even exercised on my fast day yesterday and it was fine really. And ahh 5 days really isn't much in the grand scale of things, I'd just write it off as done and start a fresh, maybe you're being too restrictive/tough on yourself? Maybe you should include more foods you enjoy and stuff into your everyday diet, as I find when I've been super restrictive I always cave and end up eating all the 'bad stuff' I've been avoiding. Maybe be less restrictive with the sugar?. I would recommend the 5:2 as a short term thing - I'm stopping when I go to Canada in 3 weeks but may do it a bit again after as I think it's good to for me to change up my diet otherwise I just plateau . The fast days are pretty hard and im doing between 500-700kcal on those as the first day I felt sick and awful. But it is good I think. I'm just trying to shock my body into some change, plus im going to Canada in 4 weeks and think I'll put on weight then so want to lose for then! Am losing weight but not counting properly yet as could just be a bit false as it's such early days . Hope you're good lovely xxx 1w
